After Playing Brain Training Games, My Head Hurts. Is This Normal?

I was on Lumosity playing brain training games. Even if I play only one game and rest for 10 minutes, my head still hurts. At age 14, I haven’t played a brain training game for years. However, I play non brain training games nearly everyday.
